ordered furniture for our home on 8/15...had it all delivered within 2 weeks as promised. Drivers were professional. Salesperson was professional and delivery customer service girl was professional. Quality furniture. I would recommend.

We just moved into our new home in Patchogue. We needed furniture for every room. We went to Gallery Furniture for the dining room set. Sales woman was named Pat and she was very knowledgeable. We were promised delivery in 10 days and we received it in 10 days. We went back now for our living room set and master b/room set. We didn't want to purchase all at once because we were new to the area and wanted to see how the first purchase went. Again...on time, pricing was very reasonable and we were giving a credit line with 48 months to pay with no interest. this worked great for us, because we still needed the regular kitchen set, and the kids bedrooms. We ordered and had those delivered too. Bunk beds with stairs for the kids. The drivers that came to our home were very professional and left the house immaculate. There was a lot of packaging with all this furniture. They took it all away. the pricing is good too here and if you see anything that is cheaper they will match your price. They made it super easy. We are happy to keep our business at a local store too.

Ordered furniture here months ago. They called last week asking for final payment saying that the furniture was in and had to be paid in full prior to delivery. I went there, paid the balance and took a day off from work and waited. They never showed up. When I called, they said that all of the furniture was not in. But that they would deliver the furniture this week. Took another day off from work and , no surprise, they called and said that they can't deliver it again. Maybe next week. These people have been incredibly dishonest with me. There is absolutely no way I would ever do business with them again! It seems like a scam just to get the final payment from me without delivering the furniture. I believe that they have no intention of delivering anything. RUN from this place. Don't even consider a purchase here. I believe I have been the victim of a scam or very unfortunate business practices. Either way, don't let this happen to you. I am filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney Generals office. Go elsewhere they are not to be trusted. Terrible!
