The customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced in my life. As good as the actual work is, you do not want to talk to their office. The office manager is so rude that you feel like you'd rather be without A/C and heat for the rest of your life than deal with her. She calls and yells at you and tells you you are not a priority for this or another reason, she forgets to call if the appointment is cancelled and never apologizes, she lectures you for being annoying and taking her away from her other important business, and she would not let you talk to the business owner because apparently she doesn't want them to know what you think. So you are stuck dealing with her and it's pure nightmare. She never apologises for anything. And I gave the quality of work an A, and it is true, I have absolutely no problem and very impressed with the quality of actual work, but because the business is managed by this totally unprofessional ridiculously rude person, I am not sure how many customers they would turn off an how soon.

I think he's pretty good! He's also done some plumbing work for us. We've used him for over 10 years, and I would continue to do so.

I LOVE THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THINGS, THEY JUST COME IN, DO THE JOB, TELL ME IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, AND LEAVE THE BILL. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO FIND IT SO EASY TO SET AN APPOINTMENT THAT FITS MY SCHEDULE.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN RESPONDING TO OUR CALL AND NEEDS. HE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE JOB AT OUR CONVENIENCE. HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM OUR NEIGHBORS.
