I got the total runaround from this company. First, Home Advisor contacted me to advise they needed to reschedule, that was fine. Then the company contacts me directly under another name (K and V Landscaping-which isnt listed on Home Advisor) to tell me they need to reschedule again. Then on the rescheduled day, they advise that their people cant get to my home because of traffic and they reschedule AGAIN. Now today, the day they are supposed to be here, theyre not even returning messages. FYI HomeAdvisor - They advised me to cancel the appointment on the site so I could pay them directly when they came.
