 + -1 moreOur experience with this company was not good. We used the company for both our real estate rep and our mortgage broker, and we did so out of emotion rather than reason. This is NOT a good idea unless you know and trust the person, and are 100% sure that they are working on YOUR side. At every turn we never felt like WE were being represented or looked out for, but rather that our agent was working for every other person in the transaction. We felt like a wallet that was being picked. I wrote out all the reasons why we would never recommend this company, but it?s simply a collection of ?Buyer Beware? stories. Most of this was our own fault for being too trusting and inexperienced. In short, we overpaid on our house; 2 major flaws in the home were not pointed out by our agent, who claimed to be very experienced in the field as an agent AND as an investor, and we are now certain we got the wrong mortgage loan. (We?re paying $300 more a month than we anticipated). I would not recommend this company for either service. Go with a Big Name, and use a well known bank or broker for your mortgage.
