Had an issue with excusive electrical usage. Called and Shannon was able to come over with his crew and find the issue. They were able to find the issue in less than an hour but stayed and went through everything to make sure it was 100% resolved. Shannon also followed up a month later to make sure the electrical usage was back to normal.

STAY FAR AWAY from this company and Shannon the owner especially. He is extremely toxic when confronted and left my house in unsafe condition. Hired him to upgrade old house: New panel, install car charger, upgrade non GFCI / ungrounded outlets. The outlet upgrades were identified in a home inspection and labeled 'unsafe', so I counted them all (there were about 35) and made sure to mention these when getting a quote. He left these off the quote but assured me via text that they were included. The day of the job he completely forgot about the outlet upgrades so I explain it again. He later claimed this is where I told him "25 outlets" and used this as justification asking for more money. I only paid the original amount, even though he only did 29/35 and NO GFCI outlets! I asked for them to be "up to code" which would have required several GFCI in the kitchen and the entire basement, but he completely ignored this request. When I asked about not getting GFCI outlets around the sink as we agreed, he immediately starting using profanities and escalating the situation. He even threatened me by saying "call me unprofessional one more time and I'm coming over there." Demanding more money for installing 30 outlets instead of 25. I showed him a screenshot from another competitor months earlier which had 35 outlets itemized, explaining "there's no way I would have told you 25 and everyone else 35". This man is so ridiculous, he even called the competitor pretending to be me to ask for more information about the quote (maybe because I blurred out the price). I found out when the competitor called me out the blue saying "I heard you called asking questions about your quote" Haha no that was Shannon. In one of the last text messages I received, he ironically stated "I safe practice". But after going into one of the receptacles he worked on to upgrade a switch, I found what is referred to as a "bootleg ground" (image attached). This shorrcut will pass an inspection, but is known to be potentially hazardous. I opened another outlet and found another bootleg. Now I need to bring in a real professional to make sure he didn't take other shortcuts that jeopardizes our safety.

Shannon and his crew were terrific. They identified the problems and were able to fix them quickly. They also discovered another issue of which I wasn't aware. Shannon also is extremely responsive to texts or calls. It was quick and easy to schedule service.

The 2 technicians argued with each other throughout the installation process. In some rooms, they figured out how to install both the wall controls AND the remotes for the fans. In other rooms, they couldn’t figure out how to make it work. They wired one wall unit incorrectly, so that the wall unit shorted out when I tried to use an outlet in the room to vacuum. Bottom line, they didn’t know what they were doing. I have an electrician here, fixing all of the mistakes that they made. I emailed the owner of the company, to relay this information. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE!!! Did the owner knowingly send under qualified “electricians”? I don’t know. BUT, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
