TROY TOP SOIL COMPANY INC

I am in in need of a large load of lawn soil in my back yard which is not readily accessible by heavy trucks.  The best possible solution I have come up with is to have the dirt brought on a truck that has a conveyor which can offload over a retaining wall or set of four concrete steps into the back yard.  Since this company is an Angie's list participant, I contacted them, first by email.
After three or four days without hearing back, I telephoned.  The woman who answered sounded as if she was otherwise occupied and gave only terse answers.  After she told me the company delivers only with large dump trucks I asked whether she could suggest another company or a contractor who might help me with this matter.  Her answer was, simply, no, and that ended the conversation.
I want to be fair here, but my experience with this company wasn't positive.  Clearly Troy Topsoil doesn't have the type of equipment I was looking for, but I would have expected a little more effort nonetheless.

THEY ARE IN DEMAND, SO WHEN I NEED STUFF I WILL CALL THEM. IF IT'S RAINY ON THE DAY THAT THEY DELIVER, THEY WILL TARP THE TOPSOIL SO I DON'T LOSE ANYTHING. THAT IS A NICE TOUCH.
