We noticed there was brown spots on our ceiling. My husband went into the attic and noticed when he put the new roof on, he had covered up venting and it caused black mold. We got Kenneth back out to look at it and said he would get back to us, which he never got back to us. He knew the situation and told his attorney he hadn't been to our house to check it out. His attorney sent us a letter stating he was going to do nothing for us.I have had 4 contractors out to look at it and all of them stated the roof was installed incorrectly. When I asked him about providing us with warranty paperwork he stated all he ever provides was the breakdown he gave us, he stands behind his work if there was ever a problem in the future to just contact him. Which he has never rectified the situation. He has no insuarance and is not bonded so if anything goes wrong there is nothing that can be done.
Description of Work: We had Kenneth Piacente Construction put a new roof on 5 years ago.
