I brought my car in to have several recalls performed – one of which was the Rear Lower Suspension Arm. On 9/12/18 after the service department looked at my car – they informed me that the left rear boot shaft had been damaged and recommended immediate repair. They stated it would be dangerous to even drive it off the dealership lot. I have a regular mechanic (excellent reputation) who I have been going to for the last 30 years and decided to get his opinion first. Also I was able to get the opinion of friend that same day who works on his own cars – one of which is a Toyota. Both of these individuals said that the damage to the boot was not in need of immediate repair but did need repair eventually. More importantly, both of these individuals stated that it was very odd (rare) for that rear boot to be damaged in that manner. When I asked my mechanic what could have led to the damage, he indicated it looked like it had been torched. Is it coincidental that the Rear Lower Suspension Arm is near that boot and that the boot could have been accidentally torched? This would explain the need for an immediate repair such that the damage could be fixed and at the customers expense of $646.70 and not fixed by Toyota when the damage could have been caused by them!. Of course once I drove it off the lot, the area around the boot got dirty and then it would be impossible to state when the damage was done. The displeasure with my service does not end there. Other service recommendations made by New Country dealership on 9/12/18 included Cabin Air Filter to be replaced and the Trans Fluid needs to be flushed. Both of these services had been done by my regular mechanic on my previous visit to them. The friend that works on his cars had a similar experience with New Country dealership where they stated his Toyota needed certain repairs and he had just preformed the work. Also, my appointment was for 7:00 AM - I dropped that car off at 6:30 AM that day. The car supposedly was never initially looked at until 9:30. When I asked about this - they just said they had a lot of cars that day. Their reply did not make sense or there is very poor scheduling. The icing on the cake so to speak was that I wrote the manager at New Country about my experience and never received a reply.

Everything is an A but for price. I go to them all the time because I really like their integrity and honesty. I recommend other people go to them but they are a dealer so they are expensive.

Up to the sale, the dealer was pleasantly low pressure. We did our research online and waited for them to get a similar vehicle in stock we could test drive. Our first pleasant surprise was this wasn't the usual 'drive it around the block' test drive, but 'take it for the afternoon, drive it home, show the family.' Once we were sure of the model and options we wanted we used consumer reports pricing service to determine a fair offer, which the dealer turned out to be one of the certified dealers under the program. So we got the 'fair price' without any arguments or further negotiation. They located the car with the options we wanted at a relatively near NY dealer, added a few dealer installed options, and we made the appointment for pickup which despite the usual mandatory lecture on high-profit items (maintenance agreement, rustproofing, etc.) went quickly and fit our schedule.
Overall we were very pleased with the dealer and would be willing to buy a car from them again. We've not yet had any maintenance performed on the vehicle, but plan to use this dealer to do so during the warrantee period.

I love their service department. I think they're truly professional. They're a car dealership so their prices are a little more expensive. They always call me back. They always explain to me what it is they're recommending. They make suggestions.They don't seem to do anything that is not necessary which is a big thing for me. They do a great job. Punctuality is always very good.

As usual, the service and professionalism was flawless.
I purchased a car from them las August, and this is my third trip in for routine maintenance. The service and professionalism has always been outstanding. I had to take my vehicle to a different place for my 15,000 mile maintenance, and upon noticing this, the check-in attendant wanted to know if there was anything that had happened to make me chose another place. I explained it was only out of convenience, and that I needed done right then and my work is near the other dealership. I thought it displayed excellent customer service even to ask, and quite honestly, I rarely experience it anymore in other places.
The buying experience was pleasant and no-pressure, and the professionalism from all of the staff will keep me going back here. I would highly recommend them for business.

It usually costs $15-$20 for the inspection. The major work done on the car cost $200-$300 for some stuff like a new radiator. It took three visits to get the thing to pass, and they only charged us the regular fee. It had something of an electrical problem, all of a sudden when it started, sometimes it would completely wipe out all the data in the computer and they couldn't get a reading of it. So we had to drive it around for a while and we had to get it in there before it did the electrical thing again, it was a strange problem. They were very accommodating and understanding; they are very reasonable with their charges. They are honest and that's a big deal with car repairs. They are very good people. They always call the next day to make sure everything was okay. They have doughnuts in the waiting room. I can't have them anymore since I had gastric bypass surgery, but still that was wonderful, I like that.
