I had a terrible experience with them. They would make an appointment and never show up or never call. They would say one thing and do another thing. They never kept their word. It took them months to complete the job that should have taken them only two weeks. I just recently noticed that there is a drainage problem. They should have put in a drain before they built the patio, so I had a runoff from the hill that was washing on to the patio floor. I had to get another landscape company to come in and put some drainage in. I had an awful feeling that but they were deceiving me and lying to me about when they were going to be there, what they were going to do, and I couldn't trust them or rely on them. They are unreliable and obviously, I am having problems with my patio floor because there is runoff from a hill and all this dirt is on top of it, so I had to hire somebody else to put drainage around it.
