I was pleased with these guys. They did exactly what they said they would. They were prompt and courteous .

Flexible, friendly, and did a great job.

First visit Anthony brought sample books and after his estimate of the required materials, worked through different options. While higher than other quotes, Artcraft showed the material they would use and explained its features over the big box varieties. Installation was delayed but once started the crew worked through the weather to complete the project. Crew was courteous, and cleaned the job site daily. Anthony and the crew were very consciences with the work and would redo to correct any imperfections. As stated at start, job was not considered done until the final walk through. Overall we are happy with the finished product and will consider them for other projects going forward and recommend them accordingly to others.

The sales representative was very accommodating. He was very available and answered all of my questions and concerns. The workmen were efficient and professional. I live three hours and forty minutes away from the project, and I would trust them with the completion without me there. I am extremely satisfied with the results.

We had a wonderful experience working with Artcraft. They came out and listened to what we wanted, gave us helpful advice, and the finished roof was better than we expected. The price was reasonable, and the project came in at budget. The work crew was pleasant, paid attention to detail, and was great with our three dogs. Anthony kept in touch throughout the whole process, making sure we were informed and getting what we wanted. We plan to use the company to put in an expanded covered deck. I would highly recommend them!

The work was exceptional, though priced in the mid range. Took a while to complete once ordered, but it was a very busy season. I would definitely recommend them for anyone. Oh, and roof included a 15 year warranty!

My work proposal put the guys at Artcraft up against a wall, but they accepted the challenge and rose to the occasion. We had contracted with another firm for a complete tear-off and install of a new roof in October 2015. By December 2015, it was made clear that the roof was done so poorly by the first shop that it had to be completely torn off again and re-installed. I contacted Anthony at Artcraft, explained my predicament, and told him I needed to find someone to completely re-do the roof, start-to-finish within just a few weeks, in January. At this time I had extensive water damage inside the house from the October 2015 roof to manage, and my wife was 7 months pregnant. Anthony rounded up his troops, ordered the supplies, and got to work. The materials were all delivered within two days of signing the contract, and the work was done as quickly as it could be while coping with January weather. Anthony and the work site foreman are all very friendly and thorough. Everything was completed just as I expected, and just as Anthony had explained it would be. I rated the value to be a little lower because I found Artcraft to be a little higher than center on the price scale. But the work was done very well and it was done against very rigid expectations from me. For that, I was willing to pay a premium.
