Boats
I use them for winter storage and summer docking. I pay for winterizing and oil change. I pay on an annual basis. They are full service marina. They take my boat out of water every week and put it in during the weekends which is very nice. Some of the marinas do that and not everyone does that. Whenever I leave it in the water it gets scummy at the bottom then I need to clean it off at the end of the season which I have to pay for. I am very happy because they go above and beyond in everything what they do. They have done things that I haven’t even asked for. They usually fix small things even without asking.
