Bought a new house only to find that water pipes had burst in four locations. I called Klingensmith's and they assured me that they were busy but would bump me to emergency status since I had no water. A tech arrived in less than an hour and had everything wrapped up within four hours. I found the entire process to be exceptional. From the friendliness of the people at the main office, to the professionalism of the plumber, I am 100% satisfied. Many people like to complain about the cost of plumbing, but for what was done for me and them time that it took, I have no complaints. I will use them again without hesitation.

They were very helpful and took the time to show us everything we needed to know. It was our first time un-winterizing the house so we weren't sure where everything was and they helped us figure it out.

For all their seasonal customers, Klinginsmith sends a letter in advance asking when you want them to "turn on" your house and whether there's any other work you need done then. I called their office, told them the date, and they put us on their schedule to have the antifreeze drained from our sinks, showers, and toilets, and to reconnect the plumbing to our washing machine and refrigerator. When we arrived, the plumbing was running fine--as it always is with this company.
