Contractor Service
Work started two weeks, late. Starting and finishing times constantly changed, without notice. Difficult to reach by phone. Did not remove any construction debris. Wood used, appears to have been unseasoned. Additional, unplanned support beams, had to be installed both on exterior and interior work, to compensate for weight of stairs. The need for additional support beams, was pointed out by me, not the builder. Cost of additional work, was more than $1000.00.
