"We are so very happy to have dealt with Kenny and his wonderful team. They were all so incredibly professional and so much fun to work with. They completely understood what we wanted and what was needed to be done. They created 2 beautiful decks for us, and we were so impressed at how great they look and how fast they were completed. Kenny is the greatest guy to deal with. He is very patient and explains everything in detail so that you can understand exactly what he will be doing. The job is not completed yet but everything is going great. I also love all the guys that work for him.

So happy to have found this team. Not only are they incredibly professional, they are really nice people, a joy to work with and they did such a great job. Communication back and forth was easy and they showed up exactly when they said the would and did exactly what they said they would do. We needed a small deck built for a shed and the shed constructed. They were able to get it done within a week of contacting them and it looks great! Will definitely be hiring them again for more projects.

Hired to install new deck stairs and replace all my deck boards, install new latticework, and seal my driveway. The craftmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. I would highly recommend Orange Home Improvement.

Ken worked with my budget and got it done in a day. Now having concerns with build/material quality. Deck stairs warping and bowing and railings seem soft and not secure. Sent photos and messages to owner. Waiting to hear back.

"We asked specifically from this customer on phone if any of debris contained concrete. We were told no. Gave fair estimate of $75 after being informed it was a small pile of wood to fit in pick up. Misled - Present was Concrete in bags and 20 plus contractor bags full with debris and a pile of wood enough to fill 1 ton dump. Customer agreed to increase of $25. Well below market value. Lead fee $25, dump fee $90."

Deck or Porch Repair
Orange Home Improvement was hired to repair a deck, convert a screened in porch into a living area and bathroom, and place lattice under my bedroom. They did a wonderful job converting the porch and repairing the deck by early January. I would give the company a higher rating if it weren't for all the debris that was left behind. I understand that the bad weather made it hard to clean up the yard but after more than four months I would like to get the yard cleared. They have said that they would come out on more than one occasion but have only showed up once and didn't clean everything. Wonderful job but the mess is keeping me from giving them a higher rating.

"The debris in question was 2 tons of concrete left under the deck from a previous contractor. We explained to the homeowner that the debris could be removed for a reasonable fee. The homeowner refused. After recontacting the homeowner they agreed to pay to have the concrete hauled away by our company. We have removed all the debris and concrete as requested and have yet to be paid."

Kenny and crew arrived when they said they would. Thought job would take at least three days. They knocked it out in 1 day, (long day but one day none the less). If unsure with exactly what extras you want or need, Kenny will work with you and come up with what you will be more than happy with.
