It went very well. Jonathan Shippman is very knowledgeable and helpful . He and his crew arrived early in the morning and performed all the work that we needed done. It was a pleasure to work with Jonathan and if we ever need any tree services we would definitely call him.

Did an excellent job

My overall experience was a very good one. I chose Shamrock Tree Company given their long term connection to the greater Southold area and quality reputation. Jon Shipman is the main point of contact and is best reachable at (631.456.9122). Jon came to my property for a consultation prior to beginning any work at my property. We did a full walk around my entire yard and discussed what the best approach was. Jon offered his opinion, which I trusted. I ultimately gave him free reign to do the job. He fit me into his schedule within 2 weeks (my job needed 2-3 full days to complete). At the beginning and end of each work day, Jon send me pictures of the progress at my property. Him and his men worked 8-9 hours days for 3 days straight. The last day was a Saturday and I was on site with them. I observed that they have high quality equipment that allows them to complete pretty much any task. I was very pleased with the end result of this project.
I have since hired Shamrock on two other occasions for other jobs. I find it very comforting that the person you call on the phone is the person that is actually physically doing the work (Jon). Many other companies in this business will take appointments, then send a crew of people you have never seen before who don't understand the job or even speak a language you can understand. Jon is literally the person you speak to when you call and the person directing the work on-site as the job is underway.

We use another company for maintaining trees and doing pruning. They keep an eye out for insects that attract shrubs and the remove large trees as well. We have a contract with them so whenever we see something not right, such as a brown leaf on a shrub they will come take care of it.

I spent $400 on that work. They did the work without having to remove a shed which would have been a major problem. The place was spotless they left and they switched some of the wood with them and we kept some wood for firewood. The price I felt was a little high, I expected to pay $350.

Met with owner for estimate, agreed on price, job started and finished on time, clean up perfect.

THE WORK WAS DONE FINE AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK OF THE COMPANY AND THE WORKERS. THE TREES LOOK GOOD AND ARE TRIMMED AND SHAPED GOOD. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.

SINCE I HAVE USED SHAMROCK TREE EXPERTS FOR SO LONG I DOUBT THAT I WOULD EVER QUIT THEM SINCE I GET GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM. I HAVE ALREADY THEM TO MY NEIGHBORS.

I THOUGHT THIS WAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY FOR A FUTURE JOB. THEY DID ALL OF THE WORK ON MY TREE IN ONE AFTERNOON, THAT INCLUDED THE CLEAN UP.
