They installed my new windshield and it was paid in full by my insurance company. The windshield job was very good. They have a promotion that you get a $25 gift card, so I used it towards replacing my crack side mirror. They ordered the part and for another $50 out of pocket ($75 total charge), and let a new employee who never installed a side view mirror, install it on my truck. within a month, the mirror fell off. I took it back, and the owner said it should not have been installed with adhesive (which the new kid used) but rather double sided tape. He said he would order it and would install it in a few days. Well 3 weeks went by and no call. So I ordered the mirror myself. It took me a couple of days, just to scrape of the adhesive and clean the back plate. Then I used the double sided tape that came with the mirror kit, and it is working perfectly. The kit cost me $12.
My advice, stick with the big chains to install glass.
