Brick and Stone Flatwork Repair
TopCraft DID NOT remove all of old mortar and just did a top layer of white mortar instead of grey mortar.
Mortar replacement for steps and side bricks is coming loose.
TOP CRAFT DOES NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS TO SEE THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP NOR CONTACT US WITH AN EXPLANATION.
THEY WERE RECOMMENDED FROM ANGI'S AND I BELIEVED DROPPED FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
POOR WORKMANSHIP! NO RESPONSE TO LOOK AT THEIR WORK AND FIX IT.
HAVE PHOTOS TO SHOW UNSATISFACTORY WORKMANSHIP.

Brick and Stone Flatwork Repair
Cement work is breaking loose. Bricks installed do not match other bricks. One side of steps was not cemented. Other side of steps has broken pieces. Still working on removing some cement which splattered on front door.
Has not responded to requests to fix damaged areas.
Telephone number 631-394-8779 not in working order.
If anyone has a way to contact ?David? or ?Koldashi? it would be greatly appreciated. Work was done in September 2024 and guarantee is coming to a close.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Brick and Stone Flatwork Repair
An unprofessional job. Old mortar was not totally removed or even grinded to a minimum of 1/2" deep eventhough it was requested. I was told to hose bricks down following day but mortar still on bricks.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I had a great experience with Top Craft. They were professional, very kind and helpful. They came out for an estimate the same day and were able to do the roof repair the next day. Highly recommend this company! Will be contacting them in the future for sure.
