One more thing: the dumpster was left it in my driveway for at least a day longer than promised. When I called Pro-Line, (about 10 times,) they blamed the dumpster company and said they had called them several times and were told they would get to it. Right..no rush...it's not blocking their driveway.
Quality job, lousy clean-up. Don't pay them the balance until you are sure it's ALL done...and you don't step on nails around your rosebushes.
I let the whole thing go, thinking that I would never need to call this company again.
UPDATED REVIEW as of 1/20/13:
I now have a skylight leak that I just noticed after Christmas. I called Pro-Line to come back and take a look. They sent their "chimney guy" to look at the leak from the inside, but he did not go to the roof to see why the problem occurred. He told me that the "roofers" would come fix it by putting caulking around the area up on the roof. He said that if that did not work, then the skylight would have to be replaced because it may be failing. After a dozen phone calls and two more no-show appointments later, (I had to take off from work and wait around both days,) the same "chimney guy" came with someone else and supposedly caulked the area in question. Five days later, it rained, and the leak was back.
I had absolutely had it, so I called someone else. That person told me that there was damage to the flashing around the skylight caused by the removal of the old roof, and the area would need to be fixed...by removing part of the flashing around the skylight and replacing it. Caulking would not repair the damage. I knew he was telling the truth because he actually took pictures and showed the damage to me. He said that there was nothing wrong with my skylight. Furthermore, he showed me that Pro-Line had NOT caulked the area as they said they did.
I had not realized until that day that the company was so negligent in its workmanship, even though their invoice indicates that all their work is warrantied. They had not responded to my requests for clean-up of the debris back in October, nor had they responded to my dozen calls for an appointment for a repair. To make matters worse, based on the pictures of my roof, it appears that they blatantly lied that they came and repaired something they had not!! Furthermore, as I had noted earlier, the charge for the balance owed had been made prior to the completion of the roofing job.
So needless to say, I would not recommend these guys. They do not stand by their workmanship because they know they did a lousy job. They will not respond to your phone calls. Once they have your money, you are history.
