THE INSPECTION INCLUDED EVERYTHING, THE LINER, THE TOPPER, THE FLUE, AS WELL AS THE EXTERIOR SURFACES AND FLASHING. KNOWING THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO COVER ALL THE DETAILS, I FEEL SECURE WHEN I TURN ON THE HEAT.

AFTER THE CHIMNEY HAD BEEN CLEANED, A THOROUGH INSPECTION WAS MADE OF BOTH THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE CHIMNEY. THEY DID NOT PUSH ME ABOUT THE REPAIR ISSUES, BUT EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS.

WE GET OUR CHIMNEY CLEANED TWICE A YEAR. ONCE BEFORE THE WINTER SEASON AND ONCE AFTER THE WINTER. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR AROUND FIVE YEARS AND NEVER ONCE HAD ANY COMPLAINTS.
