We called when the problem started and he said he would be right over. He didn't show up so we shut the water off and waited until the next day and called again. He then told us he would be right over. He arrives 4 hours later. He then tells us he doesn't have the right parts in his truck to fix the problem and he leaves for 2 hours. He returns and quot;fixed the leakand quot;, charged us $200 after that and it leaked again 3 hours later. We called someone else after that.

He had a good solution for the issue with the sump pump and he got it taken care of me. I have used him for 20 years and will continue using him. He has also done Heating and A/C work for me in the past.

I had furnace trouble and called J. Riley Plumbing and heating, I told them that i wasn't sure how old the furnace was , they looked at it and quoted a price to repair it ! I asked them if the furnace was worth the cost of the repair , or should i just replace it? Upon thier advice, i agreed to the repair! less than a week( 4 or 5 days) after the repair the furnace again was working improperly so I called them back they came right over , Looked at the furnace and then told me it really wasn't worth putting any more money in to and that i needed a new furnace! They replaced the furnace and about 3 days later there was a strange rattleing noise coning from my brand new furnace ? I called back ,they showed up, and immediately told me that the flue pipe should be replaced (which i believe they had to notice when they replaced the funace) ! Well after 5 or 6, $90.95 service calls the furnace seems to be working okay (knock on woo
