+ -1 moreI had a written estimate & contract, work was never started or completed. I took Mr. Hurlbut to court in Massena NY and won. I am still waiting for work to started or a refund 2 years later. I wanted to warn anyone considering Hurlbut Construction to stay away and take their buissness somewhere else.
