They were very flexible with scheduling. I was able to work around the snowstorms, having to reschedule. They did an amazing job and the dogs were very happy. You could tell that they were well cared for and they looked adorable when they came home with bows and bandanas. I have been to other local groomers and did not have a good experience. The House of Groom was worth every penny and I will be back many more times.
