Nice guy. Professional. Came quickly after I called to give a price. Scheduled removal pretty quick after I told him I wanted to go forward. No issues - did everything he said he would do and didn't leave a big mess.

Trimmed some dead branches off of a large tree. Very hard to reach on the phone but after a bunch of tries finally got them to schedule the first job. Never returned messages for a potential second job. Maybe its normal but hey seemed to lean a little towards over trimming, might use again in the future. Not sure.

He did the first part of the job, but has not come out to finish grinding the stump. He said that he would be back after I had the concrete torn up so that he could get the rest of stump out. He refuses to take my calls or show up to finish the job. It has to be grinded up before they can redo the concrete. I have broken up the concrete and transported back to my backyard myself.

It has created a hazard for kids that are coming to the bus stop.

He was timely when he came to give me an estimate, his work was excellent.

They came on time and did the job without wasting time, all were courteous and did a good job.

He was excellent and did a phenomenal job. His price was excellent. The work took him a lot longer than he had anticipated. He promised me that he would come back and grind, and he did that. He cleaned up. I thought that he went above and beyond. The quality of work was good and I was very happy. He came right after I called him and he was there when he promised to be there. He was very professional.

I felt like their price was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they were going to, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were just very professional.

When we moved in, we knew there was a squirrel in the attic. The original owner removed it, but we later found out our house had squirrels for 30+ yrs. they ate through almost any spot in my shingle, soffit, fascia board, you name it, they chewed through it. After dealing with this for months, we decided we needed the trees cut away asap. We got Tim's number from a neighbor and got through to him right away. He came out the next day and worked to quickly and efficiently, I was amazed. Stumps were ground and firewood was left for us to chop. We have no complaints and would recommend him to anyone in the are looking for tree services.
