Sundance Home Inspection

The process of purchasing a first time home is scary, stressful and daunting to say the least. When my children finally found the home they both agreed was "the one" they called Sundance Home Inspections as part of the their due diligence before pulling the trigger. Mr. Sabatino (Tony) met my daughter, son-in-law and myself at this lovely home and they (myself included) immediately felt they were in the hands of an expert and professional. Tony took the time to walk us through and explain each and every thing he was looking at and the reason why. He was the consummate professional in every aspect of this process. After a comprehensive inspection , Tony took the time and patience needed to explain that the renovations made by the seller were just cosmetic in nature and that structurally the house was severely compromised. Based on the report and Tony's advice, my children decided not to purchase the home. Due to their confidence in Tony, my children were at peace the decision and were able to walk away without regrets. Eventually they found another home and once again retained Tony for his expert evaluation which ultimately led to a confident decision to purchase their first home. All in all, Sundance Home Inspections (Tony) did an exceptional job in producing a comprehensive and professional report. With his professional manner, patience and expertise Tony went above and beyond to make this lifetime decision for my children one they felt confident and well informed to make.

Mr Sabatino did an excellent job on both home inspections. My daughter and her husband were very pleased with Mr. Sabatino's trusted advise and guidance throughout their journey to find a home. Mr. Sabatino's professionalism, knowledge and expertise was heavily relied upon in making their first decision NOT to buy a home and their second decision to purchase their first home. Tony found out that the breaker that is currently in the basment of the property was not safe and is a fire hazard. He then recommended that I get an electrician to look at it. I did and was very thankful to Tony that he found this problem. The issue turned out to be a $2,000 job that I would have to deal with had he not found this problem prior to me buying the home. I would definately recommend Tony to my friends and family and would definately use his services again.l

I contacted Mr. Sabatino to inspect a home my husband and I were going to purchase. The appointment was scheduled for the same day. Mr. Sabatino was thorough in inspecting every aspect of the home we were about to purchase, including the roof, attic, electrical system, air conditioning system, foundation, plumbing etc. He fully explained all findings and the condition of the home which enabled us to make the appropriate decision in purchasing the home. His fee was extremely reasonable for the amount of time that was put into the work performed. He supplied us with a written report that same day. We were impressed with the presentation and the report and all was extremely helpful in negotiating the sale price.
