Lou was very professional and I would def use him again!

The freezer of ourSub-Zero built-in refrigerator/freezer was not working. We have had the refrigerator repaired in the past, and were unhappy with the service & price. We called Sprint Appliance & Refrigerator Repair and spoke to Lou. He assured me that the freezer repair would be easy, quick & reasonably priced. HE WAS RIGHT!! Lou made an appointment for the same day, found the problem & repaired it. He also checked out the entire refrigerator. The cost was really reasonable. We are so pleased! Hopefully we won't have any other issues with appliances, but if we do, we WILL DEFINITELY CALL LOU!! Honest and knowledgeable AND great prices! Thanks, Lou

It took 2 days to change a belt and check the machine. When he re-hooked the water hoses back they were on the wrong spigots. Not very happy. I didn't contact company of my concerns.

Excellent service!! I called and explained the problem directly to Lou. He understood my needs about my repairs. He arrived in a few hours, as he said he would, evaluated both jobs that were needed to be done. He quickly and efficiently resolved the problems. He had the parts needed in his truck. He left, saying if anything changed for the worse, to call back immediately. His price was fair and reasonable.

My refrigerator/freezer suddenly stopped cooling on a Thursday night. We had to throw out all food. We scrambled to call places to find someone to repair it, hoping that someone could come before the weekend. I called several places and most were booked up. One nice guy (someone from this list...I'll try and remember who it was) gave me the number of Lou from Sprint. I was hesitant but called. Lou said he'd have someone out there today. I gave him the make/model of my fridge and he seemed to have an idea of what was wrong. At 4:30 pm no one had been out yet so I called again to see when I could expect them. The office seemed surprised that no one had been to me yet, but immediately checked on it. Lou himself said he'd come himself later on in the afternoon/evening, which was fine for me since I had a few errands to run. He came and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. I was very satisfied with this professional encounter and will definitely use them again.

Our built in Kitchen Aid refrigerator had stopped working the night before, so my husband and I waited until the morning to call a repair man.
We had researched repair men in our area, and were extremely lucky to find Lou of Sprint Appliance and Refrigeration Repair.
Lou was at our home  quickly, within the hour. He is an extremely well versed professional in Sub Zero and Kitchen Aid built in refrigerators and freon systems. He was also very knowledgeable about washer and dryer repair, as well as all other Kitchen appliances. Lou immediately suspected that the defrost timer had broken, which proved to be correct. Lou had the new timer part in his truck and was able to repair it right away. He also replaced a broken switch on top of the unit. He had our refrigerator back up and running in no time. We were so pleased and thankful for his knowledge and expertise.  His kindness and quick response, saved all our food, and was greatly appreciated!  We highly recommend Lou and will definitely use him again.

Lou is a pleasure to deal with.  He is readily available on his cell and is very responsive...almost 24/7, it seems.  He's pleasant and knowledgable.  If he sometimes runs behind schedule, it is generally because he tries to work comprehensively to fix whatever problem he's facing at a previous call.  I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and can't recommend him highly enough.

He charged us $313 on a fridge that probably cost $500 new. The fridge was only 4 years old. I believe his pricing took advantage of the situation since we needed the repair ASAP and he knew it.
The fridge was located in a storage closet. We took all the food out of the fridge and he assured us he would put it back into the fridge when he was done. He never did and when we went back into the closet later in the day, the food was still outside the fridge. We had to throw most of it away.

figured it out immediately, had th part and installed it. but came about two hours after promised time, without explanation and only after two calls

My Samsung fridge was icing up in the bottom of the freezer. Lou seemed very knowledgeable and got right to the problem. I still had to defrost the fridge. It seemed to fix the problem. He told me over the phone that there was a $65 service call. He looked at the fridge spent 10 minutes cleaning the condenser and adjusting the drain tubes. Then handed me a bill for $228. I was a more than little shocked at the price. At no time did he tell me that there would be an additional fee or ask me if I wanted the work done. I do wish he was more up front with the cost. He did say it was guaranteed for a year. I had to select yes or no to the "Would you use this provider in the future?" question above. The truth is I am not sure. We will see if it fixes the problem long term or not. If I do, I will ask a lot more questions about cost and make sure that he does not do anything that costs extra without my consent.

It was great. Lou is professional, knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. We even had him back to fix our stove. What a great guy!
