I cannot say enough about how professional both Pat and Jay were while working at my residence.  They arrived early, performed the work quickly and efficiently; cleaned up after themselves and their price was more than fair.  I highly recommend them for your chimney/fire place needs.

Pat and his assistant were punctual, straightforward and professional. They rerouted the vent of my gas furnace, switched to 5' liner according to the code, and used a double tee connecting the furnace with the water heater. A new 6' stainless steel liner was installed. It took a while for both of them to push the liner down to the basement. After the job was done, they cleaned up everything. The most remarkable part is that Pat's service costs me $1K less compared to the quotes I got from a couple of top-listed chimney guys at Angie' list in my area.

We used these guys a few times, although my experience is not recent (2007). They were very professional, and no issues at all with their work. I cannot judge the price, since we didn't seek other estimates. Definitely recommended. Not sure if thier location is still Massapequa, but the phone number is the same.

Excellent, on time, reliable, cleaned my chimney and my Mom's when he said he would and for a fair price.

Overall, we are very pleased with their work. Service was fast and courteous. Even though there was some miscommunication on my part, about the use of firebrick, I was pleased that Smokey Chimney came back to rectify an issue we had with the single-layer brick that closed off the backside of our double-side fireplace. We're happy to report that we love our fireplace and their work has greatly improved the function and beauty of our 1948 home's fireplace.

They did a good job and they were clean. They came out for the estimate, went to the basement and checked. It's a family run business and they were very cooperative. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about them. I didn't have any problems with them and they gave a guarantee of their work on the paper. Their responsiveness was excellent because they came on a Saturday. I gave them only three days to get there. They scheduled the appointment for a Saturday and they were on time.

Very pleased - was lower than other companies and arrived on time, did a through job, cleaned up after job was done. Very thorough!
