Similar to other recent reviews, I hired Anthony for about $3,000 worth of screens. Paid him too much up front. Job was supposed to be done in weeks. After two months, many excuses about car breaking down, supply issue, medical issues he did about 1/3 of the job. Despite calling and scheduling the rest several times, I gave up. I’ve thought about small claims Coie, but lesson learned. I would up ordering custom screens on Amazon and installing them myself.

Anthony Elardo of Screen Repair Inc. came to my home and measured for seven missing screens and a patio slide screen in July, was paid a deposit to order the screens, and told me it would be done within a few weeks. After calling him twice weekly for a month and half for an update, a representative of Screen Repair Inc. arrived unannounced (after missing multiple appointments) in late August and informed me that screens were never ordered by Anthony Elardo. The representative then re-measured the 7 windows again and then half-installed a poorly constructed patio screen that was neither operational or what we discussed in the initial meeting. It is now late September and after an inordinate amount of texts and phone calls (Anthony Elardo does not provide an email on his website) we've only spoken to Anthony twice and each time he's communicated personal excuses of why he's been unreachable, and claims that the screen orders are taking longer than expected. It is virtually impossible to communicate with Screen Repair Inc. In the interim, I had an actual, and reputable contractor bid out the job and as I suspected: there is no back log on screens, or any complications associated with the buying, ordering, purchasing or shipping of the materials. It seems that Screen Repair Inc is either very poorly run, a scam, or both. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for screen repair service.

It was the worst service experience I have ever had, and, after two months, it is still not resolved. I called the company on July 2 to have a screen replaced. They asked me to e-mail them a photo of the door. When I did, they said, because the frame was bent, I would need to replace the whole door. They said they would have to order the door, and that would take a week to ten days. They asked for total payment in advance, and I supplied a credit card. They said, because it was an external door, they didn't need access to the house, and they could come whether I was home or not. When the job hadn't been done in two or three weeks, I started trying to calll them. Most often, I got a voice mail, followed by a message that their inbox was full and could not accept messages. A few times since then, I've actually reached someone who, I believe, is the owner of the company. He was always vague, and told me he would call me back, but he never did. After a month, I told him that I was going to be away for four weeks, and the only way I would know that the job had been done would be if he e-mailed me a photo. He never did. I returned at the end of August to find that the screen had been replaced, but not the warped door, for which I had paid. Since then, I have been trying to reach the company. Once I actually managed to get through, and was told that my screen door was "on the truck." I asked if that meant it would be delivered and installed that day. The man said he'd call me back, which, of course, he never did. I've been trying since then to get through to him, but I have not succeeded. It is now more than two months since I ordered and paid for the screen door. This company should be removed from the list of recommended providers immediately.

Called left message and received a call back within a couple of hours. They repaired the screen door when we weren't home and took credit card payment over the phone. Clean professional job.

Anthony was very professional. The original job was done two years ago and some of the rubber was pulling away from the frame and the screens were pulling away from the frame. Called Anthony and he came out and took care of the issue. Great company that. Stands behind their work

I called for service, and was given a time and date that was convienent. Anthony actually called the day before, as he was in the area, to see if he could do the repair. I appreciated having the screens done sooner. Anthony arrived on time, quoted a fair price , and replaced the screens, and left the area clean. My neighbor has also used his service , and was very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

This was the second time Anthony repaired window screens. I had several done in the fall of 2013 and others in the fall of 2014. At first I thought everything was fine. However I recently learned that Anthony was not careful keeping track of which screen went with which window. I recently had my windows and screens professionally cleaned and that person showed me the screen mix up. One screen was so jammed into the opening that is was impossible to remove . Another window had the wrong screen as well; it was too small. As a result, insects were getting into the room. My neighbor and I finally got the "jammed in" screen out, but we had to break the frame on the screen. So now I have to have the entire frame repaired. I will never use this company again.

I called this screen repair company and I should have known not to hire them because the lack of professionalism was evident from the beginning. After experiencing multiple issues with the workers lying about situations and the rude owner I just wanted this to all be over.The owner was very rude, called me a liar and made excuses why the screens didn't get done in a timely manner.I also wasn't impressed by the quality of the screens.The screens barely are being held in and some screens had to be screwed in for them to stay.How am I supposed to clean the windows now? Ive never had an issue with a company on Angies list until now. Do not use this company!

"We did the job as we said. You agreed on the procedure. And you never showed up. It's an rental so you told me to screw the frames in . And we did so they don't go missing. The people had kids running around the house with no clothes on. No way do we work in Them conditions. I hope ur a leagle rental. Because we will make sure you are. , if any customer is not happy with our work we refund them. So why not just ask for your money back or let us will fix it. It's a screen. 20$ really. You called a different company and they wanted 2 xs the money so u asked for a fast cheap way out and now ur mad."

Anthony was great! I called Thursday morning at 11 and he came that same day in the afternoon. Called to say that he was having trouble finding my address and would be a little late. I really appreciated the communication! The whole screen repair took about 5 minutes and he even put the screen back in the window for me! I will definitely be using him for future repairs and have already passed his information on to my parents who need some screen fixed themselves!

The proprietor came to the house, assessed the type of screen we would need based upon our dogs, and replaced it. He did exactly as asked and was very price friendly. I would absolutely use him again. The convenience of having him come to the house rather than me having to remove the door and take it somewhere is a big deal to me.
