The owner keeps a close eye on everything and is brilliant with what he does. The techs are efficient, willing to help and in an emergency will try to assist customers by computer. I would highly recommend them to others.

Although we recently discontinued our alarm system service with this company, they themselves were not bad. They always responded immediately to our false alarms. They did not lack communication. The prices were fair. They seemed reliable and dependable and those are the things you would want from an alarm service company.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB OF MONITORING MY HOUSE AND THE STAFF WHEN I CALL IS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE RESPONDED TO ALL ALARMS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
