I changed my ADU project several times as a result of what was allowed by the Town and what wasn't. Robert was extremely flexible and patient and made several phone calls to double check all the legal requirements. He made the process much easier and I am grateful for his help.

Rob drew up plans for a small extension on my house in Massapequa Park. We needed a variance which can be a pain while dealing with the Village, but Rob worked efficiently and professionally to get everything done. I would 100% use him again for all future plans.
