He was a little pushy on the phone, but this was shortly after Sandy, so I figured everyone was stressed and busy.
He was prompt, but failed to tell me he had a broken arm so he did not go up on hte roof of the house.  He brought his son who did some of the work.
While he certainly pointed out things that needed to be fixed, he missed a lot of things that a contractor subsequently told me he should not have missed.  My bathroom has MAJOR leaks that he did not find or list, the bathroom is tilted and improper tiles were used on the floor.  I had leaks in the front of the house from siding, and a piece of the roof needed to be replaced. This is just for starters!
Although he came highly recommended, I would NEVER use him again.  I got ripped off and probably bought a home that either I would have passed on because although each item (except the bathroom) is small, when you add them all up they are big!  That or I would have asked for the price to come down in order to compensate for the repairs and work that need to be done.
