RMC Restorations and Contractors

. First I must say anyone thinking about using RMC Restoration run the opposite was as fast as you can. The owner Ryan Promises you the world untill he gets the first check. After that everything changes. He did not inform us that he had a job working for someone else so he barely show up at the job site. He gave us false completion date constantly. Anytime something went wrong he would blame it on us We gave him everything he needed and sometimes the supplies cost us more to rush them, but then the supplies would sit around for months.
In our contract it stated he would have subcontractors do the work. He did  at first but that changed quickly. He did not tell us that he was going to do the bathroom tile and install the kitchen himself. They both look like they were done by a handyman. This job took him over a year to complete which was a joke. The reason was that he had his father doing most of the work at one point. My father who owned the house was very ill and inconvenienced but he did not care. He did not hold up to his end of the contract and we had many more issues to many to list. He is very arrogant and did what he wanted. I have 100's of emails and pictures to back up my claims. We are in the process of filing complaints with the county and BB business so no one else has to go through what we did.If we would of know that he had another job we would of never  hired him. When I confronted him about it he told me that he has to feed his family. That tells me he should not be in his own business if he cannot make money doing it. He changed things on the print without consulting us.  If anyone would like to see emails and pictures I will send to you. STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We will have our day in court which I regret doing but he left me no choice. As I said I just can't let anyone else go through this nightmare.
