Pressure Washing
The brick work on the patio, walkway and ribbon drive has cement in the cracks so weeds would not grow. He power washed it after and the cement came up onto the bricks. It looks terrible, and he says it has never happened to him before. He tried using an acid treatment which did nothing. I have had another contractor come out and look at the work and they said they never would have done that. I currently owe him $2000 but he said he would take $500 off, but he ruined all my brickwork. He also put brick on a stoop and a walkway - that work is a little shoddy but I am accepting it. I have already paid $1500 by check, but he requested cash. Some of my grass was ruined. I had to clean up many pieces of cement on my lawn and on the grass. When he first started, he had a leaky hose on my outside spigot, that caused water to come into my basement. He was a contractor yet he was not using decent equipment, which damaged my home. After the power washing, many black spots appeared on my roof which were not there before, which he says are from nails, but it is a brand new roof. The stucco was the only acceptable work.

"THE MEMBER STILL OWES QUALITY CONSTRUCTION $2000.00. THERE IS NOTHING IN THE WORLD THAT WOULD MAKE HER HAPPY. SHE WANTED ALL OF HER BRICKS FLIPPED OVER AND RESET WHICH IS WHAT WAS DONE. THE JOB CAME OUT PERFECT. SHE DIDN'T LIKE SOME OF THE BRICKS WHICH I WILL STATE AGAIN WERE HER BRICKS THAT WERE FLIPPED OVER, I TOLD HER I WOULD GET REPLACEMENT BRICKS FOR HER. IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING THE BRICKS (AS I HAD TO MATCH HER BRICKS) SHE MADE THIS REPORT WHICH IS TOTALLY FALSE, I CALLED HER ABOUT THE REPORT AND ASKED HER WHY SHE SAID THESE TERRIBLE THINGS ABOUT MY COMPANY AND SHE DENIED IT, I ASKED HER AGAIN AND SHE DENIED MAKING THE REPORT AND THEN ON THE THIRD TIME SHE ADMITTED MAKING THE REPORT BUT SAID THAT ANGIE'S LIST FOOLED HER. THIS WOMAN HAS MAJOR ISSUES AND I SUGGEST TO ANYONE LOOKING AT THIS REPORT TO GO AND LOOK AT THE JOB IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL CONSIDERING I WAS WORKING WITH EXISTING BRICK! THIS IS A TOTAL REPORT BASED ON LIES FROM A BITTER OLD WOMAN WHO HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO. THESE KIND OF PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HIRE ANYONE TO DO ANYTHING ON THEIR HOUSE AS THEY HAVE VERY BAD INTENTIONS. AGAIN, SHE STILL OWES ME $2000.00 AND DOES NOT THINK OR MENTION THAT RIGHT."
