Pat Dolan Plumbing

Thought the tech was polite and kind, as was the secretary and office manager. Dolan did not do the job we asked the company to do. After 4 hours and $835 dollars later, it stilled looked like this: After calling and speaking to a supervisor, I felt very upset that I was spoken as though I was a dumb female that didn't know what I was taking about and that in fact my system was cleaned. You be the judge. Picture is after tech left. He didn't have the beads needed to replace so he left as is to come back another day for more money.

It went well.

Very well . They came on time . Did the job and cleaned up . They are very helpful on phone too. I was nervous about water running . They answered phone msg at 3 AM and helped me out. I had used them before and was happy last time too. I put n/a on price cause I have no idea about prices.

I've used them a few times. It took them about 2 or 3 hours to complete. Very professional. Very reasonable. I live on Long Island and some places if you call and they are a half and hour away when they come they charge you for the travel time. Which is they come in the door and you owe $200 already. This guy doesn't do that, he's local, very nice.

I called Pat Dolan Plumbing because my washing machine was backing up.The Plumber snaked the line from the washing machine to the laundry sink.To test it he turned on the laundry faucet to fill and drain the line.

The Plumber fixed the washing machine backing up problem, but caused another problem.

A week later I noticed water seeping through my basement tiles.

I traced the water back to the laundry room and found a leak coming from the back of the laundry faucet. I called emergency service and requested someone to come right away.

The next morning the same plumber arrived and I explained the situation.

He explained that the leak was coming from the laundry faucet packing nut and the water was dripping through the open mounting holes. I explained obviously I did not have this problem before he used it. He then mentioned that when he filled up the laundry sink to test the drain, he used a wrench to tighten the laundry faucet to stop water dripping from the spout.

(He did not mention this detail or make a note of it on the original invoice)

Obviously he over-tightened and caused this leak to happen. In summary, the plumber was the last person to use the sink and did not check the faucet thoroughly before he left.

I have damaged basement tiles, mold and on top of it all an additional $200 service charge.

Sloppy Plumbing work!

Just called for my second service provided by Pat Dolan. Consistent, professional service provided. Visit #1 - serviced 60 year old slop sink which was leaking. Warned of any potential problems with age of sink and was able to resolve leak for a very reasonable fee. Just called again for Kitchen sink leak and lack of hot water pressure in bathroom sink. Again, very professional and knowledgeable about the repair and charged a VERY reasonable fee. Had no appts available to managed to fit us in so we could use the kitchen sink again. Fabulous service. Can't say enough...

Mechanic arrived right on scheduled time, accommodated my tight schedule. work was done in timely manner and correctly, including the agreed upon price. very professional and neat, cleaned up area of work to my expectations and delight, would highly recommend and would certainly use again.Thank You pm

HE WAS VERY GOOD, HE WORKED AND WAS PAID BY THE HOUR.

It went very well. They were polite, they came on time and job was done correctly. They left the area clean when they were done. They had somebody come out the day I called them. Just one person came out and he was there about forty minutes.

Came on time showed me what needed to be done. Worked the whole time he was here. Got the job done fast and cleaned works great!

They were fine. He was professional. His prices were fair and 1:54 afterwards.

they respond back to you right away. They come when they say. Very good with cleanup too, which is a great when it comes to plumbing problem. We most definitely will use them again. My husband said the fella explained everything clearly to him and my mother in law.

Everybody is technically adept at Pat Dolan Plumbing. Everything that they've done for us was excellent. We've never had a problem with them. We just had basic repairs like a toilet bowl and that type of stuff. I think they're very nice and they do come back if it's not right. Sometimes something happens and you can't expect it to be perfect all the time but we're very happy with them. They would be the only person that I would call. They're really good and they're our plumber of choice.

I called them at 5am and they had someone here at 9:30. They were professional and kind. The technitian they sent was really patient and explained everything before he did the job. The price was really fair too. I was expecting to pay a lot more.
