Architectural Service
Mr. M. Powell was a referral. Came in very professional and calm. Contract was drawn and agreed. Plans started and finished. Final architect fee was given with the agreement that he will submit the plans for permit approval. Mr. M. Powell disappeared. Tried to send several registered mails but no answer. Left numerous messages in his answering machine but no answer either. Just to late to get a second opinion from another architect and find out that his plans will not be approved for a permit nor will pass the inspections.
