THE FIRST TIME I CALLED HOWIE, HE CALLED BACK AND WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR HIM TO COME ON THAT SUNDAY, BUT NO TIME UNTIL HE CALLED ON SUNDAY. HE CAME GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND I CALLED HIM BACK WEDNESDAY AND HIRED HIM FOR THE NEXT WEEK, WE DID NOT SPEAK UNTIL THE MORNING OF THE JOB AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO START AT 8:30AM. HE CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD BE THERE BY 1. WE SAID NO BECAUSE HE SAID WE NEEDED 8 HOURS TO DRY AFTER HE LEFT, SO HE CAME AT 9:30. HE DID NOT COME HIS WORKERS CAME, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I CALLED HIM AFTER THEY LEFT TO ASK QUESTIONS, HE NEVER CALLED BACK. HE NEVER CAME TO CHECK THE JOB AT ALL. HE NEVER EVEN CALLED TO SEE IF WE WERE HAPPY. I WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN.

I THINK THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT WORK. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND THEY WERE REALLY RELIABLE. THE WOOD FLOORING TURNED OUT EXCELLENT AND WE ARE HAPPY.
