Golden Electric

Now I find that there work is substandard and not up to code. It's costing me to correct the issues these people were supposed to address. Do not hire this company.

Contractor & myself agree on price . Contractor ask for advance to purchase material. After advance payment no response for my phone calls, Text message. Although he suppose to provide me the copy of work order to place in window.. no response from contractor.

I got great service and good advise from Golden Electric. They are hard working and punctual. I would definitely recommend Golden Electric. Wait! Mohammed dropped out of sight! Everything was going smoothly but they have not shown up to finish the job. Phone calls go straight to voicemail and texts and emails are ignored. No I need to hire a new electrician and I am out $$$. Forget what I said earlier. Do not hire this company.

My mother’s house was built in the 50s with old wiring and when running a couple of local air conditioners, they tripped the circuit breakers. Muhammed called me right away after putting in the request for an estimate and recommended running a separate circuit for the main window air conditioner so the others could run without interference. The price was the same as another estimate I had received from another contractor. They skillfully ran a 220V conduit outside along the wall down to the circuit box. For good measure, he realized that I was charging my car on a 120V circuit and offered to extend the new line to the garage so I could use it for my car. It cost me an additional fee to do that which I felt was a little high but he and his partner did all the work in less than 3 hours. This included the time to go back to the shop to get a drill bit for the brick walls. They left some brick dust on the conduit that would wash off in the next rain, but they cleaned up well inside after cutting a hole through the wall for the new AC plug. I will point out that Muhammed came and did this work on a Sunday, one day after I put in the request on Angi, for which I was grateful because I was leaving town later that afternoon.

Mohammad is EXCELLENT!! He came in less than one hour after I called and fixed a complex electrical issue we had with old wiring, a light fixture and an old breaker in the apartment. He is also very pleasant and reasonable!! Will definitely use him again. ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
