+ 0 moreWe used Forman Construction to build a rear bathroom dormer in April 2014. We had a pleasant experience from start to finish! Matt, the owner, gave us straightforward advice, was quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails and completed the job on time. The workers were very neat on the days during the construction. They always cleaned up after themselves and made sure to leave us with as little cleanup as possible. The quality and workmanship of the work being done was exceptional. The end price was close to the estimate for all of the work being done. Jim, the project manager, is the absolute best! He was quick to respond to inquiries, stopped by to check up on the quality of the work being done, and made sure everything was done properly. We will be using Forman Construction again to install a bay window and to put down laminate floors in our daughter’s room

+ -1 moreSince I only have one bathroom, I was looking to have the complete gut and remodel done as quickly as possible. The work was completed in the time frame estimated and done as per the quote. There was one extra charge added to the quote, but it was for a legitimate issue, which was explained to me, and the price was reasonable. I am very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company. Also,I had no problem leaving workers in my apartment while I went to work.

+ 2 moreThe owner Matt was great! From the initial design to the completion of the work the process was a great one. Matt was very professional and great to work with. Matt and his workers are very experienced and are very knowledgeable. A few years after our home renovation we had Forman Construction finish our basement. Our house looks amazing and we constantly have people stopping in front of our house asking us who did the work. I have and will keep recommending Forman Construction.
Description of Work: We used Forman Construction for a complete home renovation. We worked with the owner Matt on the design for our house which included gutting our house to only a few walls and rebuilding a two-story house. The work included remodeling a kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining room, trim work and even a mantel for our fireplace. All the work looks great.
