Unlike other companies, Ed Curry from FFC, spent over an hour detailing every aspect of the project. The cost for the project was very reasonable. The only delay was obtaining a permit from the town of Hempstead. Once the permit was approved, work was done at a reasonable pace. We are very pleased with the final outcome.

The job ultimately got done, but the contract stated it would take 12 weeks and it took over 24. Within those weeks, I would characterize our experience as frustrating and grueling. I would never recommend their services to anyone.

Without a doubt best experience I had about renovating my new home was to hire Fine Finish Construction for this project. I couldn't even imagine doing my entire house without his guidance and advice. Vinny ensured to meet all my expectations of my dream house within my price range.

The salesperson who originally met with us and sold the job stated it was his family business. He presented the company as family owned. He introduced Vinny as the foreman. Come to find out 3 weeks into job that the salesman is just that, a salesman. He didn't own the business, Vinny did. Horrible communication throughout the job from owner and partners. They attempted at multiple times to install pieces and materials without our permission. They wanted to use what they had lying around, didn't care what we wanted. We had an ongoing waste line leak, from the newly installed bathroom on the second floor, that they sent roofers and plumbers to look at multiple times. They kept saying the leak was coming from outside while we kept telling them we were smelling urine. It took filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to have this waste line leak addressed properly. Vinny, the owner, is very unprofessional when speaking with the homeowners regarding problems, issues, wants and desires. Still have ongoing problems with work done by Fine Finish Construction. Will be hiring different contractors to correct their mistakes. RUN FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!!

THE COMPANY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.
