This family owned company provided outstanding service from the initial visit for the estimate to the completion of the ccontracted job. Fillmore (Fill), the owner of this hard surface cleaning/maintenance company, called in advance before the initial visit to confirm the time of the appointment and arrived promptly for our early morning appointment. After measuring the spaces to be cleaned, he provided a detailed estimate of the job. He described the process for cleaning and then explained the maintenance benefits of color sealing the grout. My husband and I decided to use Fill's services and scheduled the appointment. (I had already checked out another company's website and decided that Dynamic was better suited for my needs.) Fill called the day before to confirm the appointment. He called again when he was on his way and he arrived within the time frame that he said he would. I was impressed with this constant checking in. He came with his assistant Frank, who was equally friendly and professional. Using their special machine they cleaned my tiles beautifully; then they color sealed the grout lines. They showed me four or five choices of colors and I had a difficult time making up my mind. Fill gave me his opinion and that helped me to make up my mind. Fill and Frank proceeded to apply the sealer by hand; this means that they were on their hands and knees to perform this part of the job. Then they buffed the floor for the final step. My floors are beautiful and I am very pleased with my experience with Fill. When my husband came home from work, he exclaimed, "They're so bright!" It is not always easy to find a businessman who is honest, fair, and cares about doing a good job and about satisfying the customer. I will certainly be recommending Dynamic Surface to my family and friends. When I told Fill that I was going to include him on Angie's List, he was quite excited and and said that he would be willing to offer a 15% discount to Angie's List members! This is the amount of discount I received using a coupon from the local advertising circular. Now Angie's List members can receive the same benefit but, more importantly, they can receive excellent service for cleaning tiles, pavers and any other hard surface.
