My Conlon and his crew were totally professional they worked clean and when the job was done you would never know that the roof was removed and replaced. Every piece of the old roofing was cleaned up and taken away. Great Job.

We had an old roof and discovered a leak that was in need of attention and decided to have the old siding replaced as well so we could enjoy a fully made over exterior. After meeting with a number of contractors ranging from smaller independent individuals to bigger multi-crew outfits we went with Jim and Michele. They had been recommended to us by friends who had work done by them. And when their estimate came in under everyone else there was no reason not to. Not once did we have a phone call or e-mail go unanswered (usually within the hour). They contacted alternative suppliers when we were trying to get the exact color we wanted and Jim had a crew on our roof before the stated start of work date on our contract to make sure the leaky roof was the first thing taken care of. The roof was done in two days and the siding was finished in about a week. It wasn't rushed. Every night before leaving the waste and equipment was cleaned up. The crew members were communicative and respectful of our property. Jim was on-site everyday. In the end the house looked exactly as we imagined it. Overall one of the best home improvement experiences we've ever had.

A+++++++ Where do I begin? My brother and sister in law used Conlon Exteriors and highly recommended them. Since their house came out beautiful and they were extremely happy, we decided to use them too!! From start to finish, Jim, Michelle and staff have been nothing but HONEST, professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant!! The work was done in a timely manner and the price was right too. I have already recommended them to friends and family. We are so happy with them!!!!

In 2007 CONLON EXTERIORS INC. Ripped off our old and worn roof and replaced it with a whole new roof as TRUE PROFESSIONALS do. They did an excellent job! Last week and 13 years later, all of a sudden, we had water dripping through the upstairs bathroom light/vent fixture when it rained. The forecast was showing, a lot of heavy rain and thunderstorms were coming in the next few days! Late in the day I called Michele at Conlon, and told her what was happening and asked if she could send someone over to check and repair the leak ASAP! Michele told me all the crews were all on jobs far from where we lived, but she would talk to Jim her husband, and see what could be done. Michele called me back and said Jim or someone would stop by to see what was going on the next day after work, and will be there around 5pm, I thanked her, knowing it's hard to get someone GOOD, on the spur of the moment! The next day a little past 5pm there was a knock on the door, and it was 2 men CONLON sent to check what the problem was that caused the leaking, they found NO ROOF damage, but they DID FIND, a hole in the cover of the bathroom vent! They covered the hole with something, caulked and sealed everything up for us and assured us it would not leak again! About an hour later after the men left, it poured like cats and dogs, and not a drop of water leaked in, this past Tuesday 8/4/2020, HURRICANE ISAIAS hit us with pouring rains, and 70 mile winds, and not a drop of water came into our home! My wife and I, CANNOT THANK, Michele & Jim, owners of COLON EXTERIORS INC. and their crew enough for coming quickly and saving the day for us! We can imagine what a disaster our home would be, if they did not come in to help us the nick of time! If you are looking for a professional roofer and more, with an EXCELLENT RATING, do not hesitate to call COLON EXTERIORS INC! I'm sure you will be pleased!

Excellent. I was very happy with the services I received. The workers were neat, , prideful and thorough. But more importantly than that, ten years After the work was completed a small problem arose. Conlon exteriors stood behind their work without dispute. As a consumer that to me is more important than a good price and just as important as the quality of the work. I'm not the guy who just gives good reviews. But I can honestly say if you're considering a residential or commercial project and you're not considering conlon exteriors. Then you're not considering the company that needs to be in charge of your project.

The roof was replaced in one day as planned. Looks great, clean-up was well done. Jim was on-site repeatedly during the day to check on the crew and inspect work at completion. A neighbor who used them recommended them to me...overall very pleased.

Conlon installed a New Skylight in our home. It was by far the Best experience we have had with a contractor to date. They were courteous and informative keeping us updated on installation and work time frame, The installation team that installed the skylight were great they set up a clean work area and when the job was finished you wouldn’t know they were there except for the beautiful light coming into our home. I would recommend them Highly to anyone needing work. Thank You Mr Sharkey

Excellent job. Very pleased. Team arrived on time to replace our roof. Very professionally and everyone worked very well together. Clean, neat, professional and efficient. Job completed in one day. All materials were delivered and installed as promised. Great people to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable before and during the job. They will be replacing some windows for us as well in the next few weeks. We highly recommend them.

The best roofing company you could ever hire! I am a single women who contractors try to take advantage of, Conlon Exteriors was just the opposite. The job was done perfect, not cutting any corners. The price was very fair. Don’t go with the cheapest contractor. What they promised is what I got and more. The workman were professional and their workmanship was fantastic. The owner Jim was at my house during the entire roofing job. He made sure everything was done right. I’d recommend Conlon Exteriors without reservation!
