CHEM DRY OF NEW YORK

They were really good. Chem Dry is just a franchise as a business. My brother in Babylon turned me on to them. They were good but not perfect . I would give them a B. It wasn't all that expensive. The service was reasonably priced. The reason I am giving them a B instead of an A is that the chemicals they used were pretty stinky and it left my carpet kind of crunchy. It went away in a few days but it was just a little...I think I will go back to another service provider or somebody who actually uses a steam cleaning technique rather than the chemical cleaning stuff that these guys used. They could have rinsed it out of my carpet instead of just leaving it in there to dry up all crunchy like it was weird and stinky. I would tell a friend to use another service provider.

Chem Dry of New York were careful of my property and I thought they did a pretty good job. I'm a little skeptical about how well just using a hose under some of the furniture works, but the man assured me that it does. He also told me they are using a new, safer chemical now and it dries faster.

They were very good.

I called this company to get a date to clean my carpets. I called them on a Saturday and they made an appointment for Tuesday at 11:00 - 12:00. On Tuesday they called and said they could come earlier which was great. They arrived and cleaned all the carpets. They moved the furniture and replaced it when they were done. They did a very professional and neat job. I would highly recommend this company.

CHEM-DRY DOES A FANTASTIC JOB ON MY CARPETS. I HAVE BEIGE CARPETING AND THEY MADE IT LOOK BRAND NEW AGAIN. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

WE WERE GREATLY SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY AND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED. THE CARPET LOOKED NEW AND SMELLED REFRESHINGLY GOOD. THEIR WORKERS ARE WELL TRAINED TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

CHEM DRY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY CARPETS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK. I WAS VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THIS COMPANY WAS OKAY. THEY WORKED QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY, & WERE EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. THE CARPET DRIED IN THE TIME FRAME STATED. THEY DID NOT GET THE SPOTS UP VERY WELL.

I THINK THAT CHEM DRY IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY MADE MY CARPETS LOOK NEW. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
