Banner Alarms is a good, reliable company. We feel very secure with their service. The person who comes is always polite and courteous. They always call ahead of time to set up times to come and service and inspect our system so I would consider them very responsive. I would highly recommend this company.

AFTER SEVERAL ROBBERIES WERE REPORTED IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THEM TO CHECK THE SENSORS ON ALL OF THE DOORS. I FELT THAT HE WAS IN A HURRY, AND DID ONLY A BASIC SECURITY CHECK OF THE CONTACT POINTS.
