Aloha Pools

Aloha pools does not know how to correctly close pools. Last season Chris from Aloha pools closed my pool and was suppose to winterize my pool heater. We opened our pool this season to a broken water heater. It had a long crack around the heater due to water being left inside it over winter. After having the manufacture inspect the 4 year old heater it was stated by the technician that the heater was not winterize correctly. Chris told me that he would take care of me as the customer because he stands by his work. After being blown off several times, I realized Chris was only stalling and leading me on. Do not hire this company as they do not stand by their work.

Chris serviced and closed our pool last season and was suppose to winterize our pool heater. When we opened our pool this year our heater cracked due to improper winterization. I had the manufacture fix the heater and was told it was not winterized correctly. Well after speaking to Chris he explained to me that he would talk with the manufacture and no matter what the outcome he would take care of me the customer. He said he wanted to do things right and take care of all his customers. Well after a week of chasing Chris by texting and calling him he finally stated it was fine I bring him to court. I do not normally do these kinds of reviews but since Chris lied to me and played games with me I figured this was due justice. Do not hire this company since they do not stand by their work.
