Workers seem to do their own thing. Told owner that the lawn was cut much too low and damaged the lawn in multiple places. Owner looked lawn over and agreed. Told me that he would talk to the guys. Skipped the next week to allow the burnt lawn to recover but the week after lawn was cut low again but not low enough to burn the lawn this time.

This week has been a little soggy so I think they had a rain day or something. The price works for me. I don't have to think about it. If I want to go away it doesn't look like somebody doesn't live here. It saves a lot of bother on my part too. The quality is good. Usually they do respond to my needs and questions. If I called up and asked them to do something they would probably do it. I rarely ask them to do anything other than cut the grass please. If I have any issues about didn't I pay for that last time. There is so little interaction. I may know they are here, but they are here for 20 minutes and they are gone. I stopped them from doing aeration and thatching on the lawn because they use power tools. I never know when they are coming. Those power tools wrecked my sprinkler system. You start this thing and it is an understanding they will be doing it all season. Then they send me a bill and I send them a check.

My continuous attemps at leaving messages has been to no avail. My lawn is waist high waiting for them. They have not ever answered their phone anythime I've called and have not ever called me back except once to say they were starting in April. After April came and went, I called back over and over, left messages to please call me and to date I have not received one call back. And besides being on Angies List, this comapny was referred to me by a friend whose parents property is maintained by them. I have necer been subjected to such blantant disregard as with this comapny. I cannot believe a comapny can stay in business that operates in such a manner!

They sent a crew of four men. The entire process was completed in about 45 minutes. We were very pleased at their work. They edged the property as well. Very pleased with their customer service. Robin was very helpful and very friendly.

These guys are great. They come every week and do a great job cutting my lawn. They are quick but good. The price is great and I am never disappointed in their work. They clean-up too. Thank you All-Pro.

They just finished today and it looks good. We felt their price was competitive for what they did. When I called they came and gave me a professional estimate with different service options, which I liked. They were easy to work with. This is our first time using them, and so far so good.
