All Island Tents

Used these guys b/c there were the cheapest, only to find out there was a good reason for that. Upon installation, their driver backed up his box truck right into my basketball hoop, shattering it. Not only did the driver not tell anyone at the house (I saw through a security camera), but he also had no issue taking the cash that was left of him to settle the bill. The owner came back (about 3 weeks later) to replace the hoop. They did that, but left broken glass all over my driveway. I have two little kids so this is unacceptable. Its very simple.. stuff happens on jobs. The mark of a good business is how they handle it from there. The tent did remain standing, so I guess that's good.

Everything went well. Tent was clean, Heater worked great. Temperature outside was freezing but inside the tent was nice and warm. All the delivery men were very professional. well worth the money. I will definitely use this company again.

They came and quoted a job. Sent me the proposal and when I confirmed to proceed and asked for insurance they told me they aren't interested in the job. Beware! No Insurance!!

Susan was very skillful at determining my needs and remembering all of the details of my order. Set-up and knock down were professionally done. The staff was very pleasant. Most of all, Susan got the order 100% right and even threw in the lights for free. A pleasure to work with and the prices were reasonable.
