I only have praise for this company. The two repairmen (Steve and George) arrived within the promised time frame. The problem was diagnosed within a short period of time and repaired quickly as well. All of our questions were answered. Steve even found a replacement for a knob that was missing on one of the settings on the unit. I highly recommend them. I was absolutely pleased with this company. The two repairmen, (Steve and George) arrived promptly and found the cause of the problem. It was explained to us and our questions were answered completely. They were a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival, I liked that they put down a canvas tarp to protect my wood floors from their tools.  They replaced the capacitor and the unit was up and running again within 20 minutes.  It was nice to see that they had the OEM parts with them for my Friedrich unit.

Stephen checked our very large AC unit on the first floor and advised that it wasn't worth fixing because the condenser coil was rotting.  He also explained that the unit is much too large for the area, the reason the back end of the house doesn't cool off very well.  Stephen said we only need an 18,000 BTU A/C for that space.
On to the second floor....  We thought the fan in this unit wasn't working.  Stephen turned on the A/C and said that's correct.  He asked John to pull out the A/C, and Stephen reached in and pulled out a small piece of plastic that was blocking the fan from moving.  All fixed!  Stephen also advised that the A/C is very moldy and wrote down two model numbers of A/C units that would fit the space in the wall.  
Stephen took the third unit to the shop to be fixed.  He called me and it's now fixed.  Very cool!  (Pun intended.)

It went well though they came late. They did the work on time. They were reliable and they knew what they were doing.

I've been using this company for many years for all my air conditioning needs. Most of the ACs in my house were purchased from them. (They do sales and installations as well as repairs.) I've always found them to be honest, competent and reliable. This time, I called them because the AC in my bedroom had stopped working the previous night. They sent someone over the same day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. As always, they were neat, friendly and professional, and got the job done. Highly recommended.

He was very knowledgable and fixed the problem of the ac freezing up. He also looked at another unit that was making noise but suggested to replace the unit as it would cost more to fix it than replace it. I was satisfied with the professional service that they provided.

The Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend, a number of other companies I phoned from Angie's list were not open on Saturdays, and the prospect of a humid, uncomfortable weekend loomed. The repairman and an assistant came within 1-2 hours of call. They were courteous, professional, and neat. ( I forgot to ask about a Senior discount or a and quot;considerationand quot; for using Angie's list)

The person who came to the house was honest and forthright about my situation with my air conditioner. He was full of advice about what my next steps should be in the purchase of a new unit and where I would be serviced in the best possible way.

Checked a malfunctioning A/C and fount the repairs would be in excess of $500-which was more than the A/C was worth to us.
They were pleasant,prompt and polite.

They came in, assessed the problem, and solved it!

WE CALLED THEM WEDNESDAY, THEY CAME ON FRIDAY AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THE 2 MEN WERE NEAT, TIDY, LEFT NO MESS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. WHAT A TREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
