The guys who came were great. It was raining real badly. I thought they would have cancelled but the guys came and cleared out as much as was allotted.

Everything was fine. They were a little pricey I suspect but I was in a rush. I would have comparison shopped otherwise.

They were fine.  The experience went well.  They removed both large and small pieces of junk, including furniture, so they were accommodating in this type of removal.

They attempted to schedule the estimate the same day I needed the service done which didn't seem to smart for me incase they're estimate was more than I was looking to spen, so they were kind enough to schedule an appointment on my day off. The gentleman on the phone was pleasant enough and sent me a rate sheet although I found it to be vague. They show you different pricing for the amount of junk that can fill a truck(full,half,1/4 etc) Then there was a section for single items(couch,piano,washer dryer etc.)I wasn't sure if those were add on's or if you filled up a truck it was a flat fee? Anyway they gave me a 2 1/2 hour window(10 am-1230 pm). I arrived at the location arouind 930 where I wanted the junk removed from because its not where I live. At 11:11 I got a call from a gentleman telling me they were at a prett large job site and that they would be alot closer to 1230 which was the end of the window and that they  would call me when they were on there way. Though I wasn't thrilled about waiting another hour and change I did appreciate the heads up.1230 came and went so I called the cell phone of the gentleman that called me to tell me about the delay, after playing phone tag a few times he picked up and told me he was stuck at this big job and had no idesa how much longer he was gonna be and couldn't tell me what time he would be able to meet me.Now Im p***** because clearly he knew when he called me at 1111 that he wasnt gonna be able to make the appointment and merely was stringoing me along. I'm a very reasonable person and had they not lied to me I and told me at 1100 that they needed to reschedule I would have done so. However like everyone else in the world my one day off a week is valuable to my family and I and it was waisted by these losers. I manage a business myself and believe me mistakes happen, but its always best to be honest.

They did a good job and there were absouletly no problems.

I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to come out today for an appointment. Three men arrived and were able to remove the 6 pieces of furniture without damaging anything. They were finished in no time and all and were very courteous.

The team called on the day scheduled to let us know during the time frame selected when they would arrive.  They drove up, parked their truck in the bottom of the driveway and gave us a price.  Once the price was agreed upon they started hauling junk away.  They were very courteous and professional.  They were probably done within a 1/2 from when theY started.  I would definitely use them again.

Moving out of house after 45 years. Lots of stuff to throw out - very helpful.

I had used 1-800-Got Junk when I moved from my house to 17B Linwood. I was moving from this apartment to another residence two blocks over. I had a huge rear projection TV (60" diagonal) that needed to go along with my bedroom set and some old furniture. They came right on time and took care of everything. Gave me an estimate, did the work and cleaned up afterwards.  One of the guys was on my original move 3 years prior. They are so nice and efficient and polite..just great to work with.

The project went well; we were told what it would cost before anything was moved.  They came when they said they would and in less than an hour the garage was emptied.  The job was done neatly.  It's more expensive than renting a dumpster, but it's instant gratification, and no work on our part.  I would definitely call them again.

I felt from the start that Chris knew what he was talking about.  He asked me some questions that I simply did not know the answer to (weight of the empty drums, etc), but instead of quoting me a price based on information I was not sure of and changing the price when he arrived, he came by to give us an estimate.  He took a look at what we had and quoted us a price of $300 or so, which we felt was MORE than reasonable (we had 10 or so 55 gallon drums and about 3 dozen 5 gallon paint cans).  They removed everything right there and then in about 20 minutes with no troule whatsoever.  Chris was very professional when he came to present the bill.  He answered a few questions we had about scheduling a pickup in the future and was on his way.  The entire experience was completely painless!  We look forward to using him on a regular basis, and have already recommended him to other manufactureres in our area.

They were okay.  They did the job.  They were a franchise and it depends on which franchise shows up at my door.  I call the national number and they farm it out to one of their franchises.  It is pot luck. Sometimes I get a good one and sometimes I get a not so good one.  I have used them on more than one occasion.  Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are average.  The last time was better than another time.
