I’m not thrilled with them and I pay about a fortune for their service which is totally ridiculous. They have replaced a phone that’s broken which was pretty good. Now my contract is over and I’m due for new phones and I don’t know whether or not I will go with Verizon again because they are very expensive. I can go for others for the amount of use that I use on cell phones; I could get text, phone and internet for $50 a month or less. In terms of punctuality I have been there one as long as an hour but actually today’s experience was very good.
