Description of Work: We purchased a 100% natural latex mattress. Sleepworks sells high quality products. It is hard to find mattress which are 100 natural latex and not synthetic at all that you can actually try in a store, so this was a big positive. Our mattress has been delivered and is very comfortable and just what we wanted, also a big positive. The delivery team was very professional and helpful. However, I do not believe the salespeople were honest. I was billed more than $1500 over the price of what I ordered and only because I paid attention to the receipt AND checked the manufacturer's web site was I able to call them out on this and get my money back. When it happened the first time I thought maybe it could be a mistake, but when I noticed the second overbilling (for which I was given no reasonable explanation) I knew they were hoping to get away with overcharging and pocketing the difference. When I brought these problems to their attention I did get my money back no problem. However, a customer should not have to be as vigilant as I was to make sure they aren't being overcharged. On the positive side, they do sell mattresses from top manufacturers.
