We had a wonderful experience with RIGGS PLUMBING. From the very beginning I got a good feeling. These people seemed to know what they were talking about and knew all about the NYC Water Meter Reimbursement Program. They would need to get a permit, file paperwork, adhere to certain rules and standards. Other plumbers we contacted in the past couldn't be bothered or didn't know what needed to be done. It was too much work and trouble. How refreshing and how relieved I was to speak to someone who seemed to understand the job and also be willing to do it. This was a family run business and everyone we spoke to was professional,knowledgeable, thorough, kind and patient. Mary and Julie were fantastic and top notch. Numerous calls were made back and forth and paperwork was mailed back and forth,as we needed to sign off on certain forms. RIGGS submitted them and then copies were mailed back to us. Every promise, every appointment was kept. Every phone call was returned. Every question was answered with care never tiring of my persistence in knowing all the details. Nick and Danny, the plumbers, were absolutely great, arriving on time, first Nick for the estimate and at a later date the two of them to do the job. They did a professional job and they did it exactly as planned! Mary followed up with DEP and most of the fee was later reimbursed. 
We were so pleased that this experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. RIGGS did an expert job and at the same time provided superior customer service, the quality of which could measure up to any superior customer service experience in any industry. We applaud them and wish them all the best in the future!

Riggs was a great company. I can't comment on their rates accurately because in my case, that was all arranged through my general contractor. I was a very satisfied customer, however. I have had no problems with any of the work they did and would highly recommend them to others.

THEY COME IN AND DO AN ANNUAL CHECK OF ALL OF MY PLUMBING AND THEY EVEN TAKE A LOOK AT MY FURNACE IF I WANT THEM TO. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY AND I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
